Beach Time

One morning I decided to venture out all on my own and take the boys to the beach! Just me and the boys! With Caleb being so little I wasn't sure how things would go! So after Caleb had his morning nap we were off to the beach. It was probably THE PERFECT day for the beach and we all had such a fun time. Everyone here usually goes to the beach in the afternoon around 3 o'clock. With the sun being in a different spot in the sky or something the water has lost its pretty color usually by then so this was a nice change!
Liam loves going a little into the water and running back up the sand with the waves!
We dont have a  water camera and dealing with both boys in the water I didn't really think I would be able to get any pictures of us swimming. But when we got out in to the water I really wanted some pictures. It was such a calm day and there was no waves or anything so I left Liam in the water and ran with Caleb to get the camera. If you notice at the bottom of the water there are a bunch of rocks. Once you get out further its nice and sandy again but it sure is a pain to get out there! Especially with 2 kids. Right before we got here Hurricane Isaac came through and took the beach away! Its slowly coming back and eventually there will be no more rocks they say!
Just hanging out, waiting for us to come back! He was so brave!
So calm and beautiful!

We tried to get one of the 3 of us!
 Caleb just relaxing!
Liam being goofy!
Kicking and swimming and really enjoying himself!
Liam wanted a turn with Caleb. They had so much fun in there together!
 My happy boys!

So beautiful!

Liam loves coming over to the rocks and asks to come over here every time we come to the beach. His favorite thing to do is look for all the little crabs crawling around on them. Today he even got brave - he stood up and jumped into the water!
Liam loves his juice box! So refreshing after a busy     0k0k
So tuckered out after a fun day at the beach!

Beach day with the kids has a huge success and we might just have to do it more often now I know it can be done!
