Each term they have a welcome party for the new students. We decided to to go even though it didn't start until the kids bedtime. They had the party at one of the restaurants called Smoke Alley. We just stood around and visited with some of the other students and friends from church. It was fun to spend the evening with everyone and get to know a few more people. It started to rain and even though most of the restaurant was covered we all had to squish under the roofed parts. There was leaks in some of the roof too so we ended up getting pretty wet! The food ended up being an hour late and Caleb was already asleep but it was really good. Liam ended up falling asleep in my arms after that so we thought it was about time to head home! It was a fun night and I am glad we went.
